Re-Center Around God
This is a specifically Holy Spirit centered review of your inner life.

Review
Have I asked God for the Holy Spirit, not just as a one-time experience (as in baptism), but as a daily experience?
Have I asked God for the Holy Spirit for His leadership and guidance and other facets of help through Him as testified in Scripture?
Have I asked for Him in times of a particular need?
For a greater understanding of the Spirit’s role, search the work of the Spirit in the life of a believer.

Repent if Necessary
Take time to admit (if needed) that you live day-to-day without asking for the Spirit. James 4:2 says “we have not because we ask not”. Yes, we always have the Spirit, but we don't always ask for his leadership and guidance.

Return (as necessary)
Tell Father God you’re sorry for neglecting this situation (if the case). Ask afresh and know He will grant that.
P.S. I ask this in my morning invocation.
Prayer Prompt
BREATH
PRAYER
(while inhaling): Holy Spirit....
(while exhaling): ... fall afresh on me ....
Repeat 5 to 10 times.
Micro-Meditation
Psalm 119: Immersed in the Word of God

Micro-Meditation
Psalm 119:33-40 5th letter: He (ה)
- Teach me, Lord, the way of your decrees,
that I may follow it to the end. - Give me understanding, so that I may keep your law
and obey it with all my heart. - Direct me in the path of your commands,
for there I find delight. - Turn my heart toward your statutes
and not toward selfish gain. - Turn my eyes away from worthless things;
preserve my life according to your word. - Fulfill your promise to your servant,
so that you may be feared. - Take away the disgrace I dread,
for your laws are good. - How I long for your precepts!
In your righteousness preserve my life.
Read the versus of the Psalm.
Mark the words or phrases that catch your attention.
Meditate: talk (or better, write) with God about those words. Ask him to impress things upon your heart and mind; expect responses.

Teaching or Command of God
Matthew 7:15
Watch out for false prophets. They come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ferocious wolves.

The Promise
Psalm 121:8
The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
Pondering Point

Go through this prayer 5-10 times using the Breath Prayer technique:
